Who Am I

About 25 years ago I was crying to God, telling Him that I need to know what gifts He had given me. I somehow believed that we are all gifted; we only have to discover our gifts. I prayed as intensely as I could. In a few days, I discovered that I could versify. The quality of my verses is for the readers to judge. But I was happy I uncovered a gift.

Years later as I was to embark on a career, I was lost. I prayed again to the loving Mother of the Universe. I discovered that I could orally communicate my ideas well. At least my students – thousands of them – have vouched for it. I am grateful.

So Who Am I?

I am Komarraju Venkata Vinay. I am from the land of the oldest and most structured language of the world – Sanskrit;  I am from the land that brought the science of Yoga to the world. I am from the land of the most ancient order of monks in the world; I am from India.

My parents always told me of the literary lineage I belong to. My paternal great grandfather was Komarraju Venakata Lakshmana Rao, a historian, writer, a polyglot and a social reformer.

I continue to make use of the gifts I discovered. I look forward to discovering more gifts.

Your article on “Honesty is the best Policy” has been found to be a COPY of an article published in a supplement of a renowned magazine namely, “COMPETITION SUCCESS REVIEW” with the same title; “HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY”. You can find the article in the DECEMBER 2004 issue of COMPETITION SUCCESS REVIEW supplement namely, PARAGRAPH WRITING. I request you to kindly delete the article asap as you’re violating the copyright terms and conditions.

      Dear Mr.Kabir,

Thank you very much for your response. I am sorry to know that it is a copy from a magazine I hold in high regard.

It is not, I must confess, a deliberate act. I borrowed it from the material a team of us prepared for the students of our college.

I will rewrite it myself and look forward to your comment on the same.

      Thanks and Regards
      Venkata Vinay
